Quick answers
- Black camera during scanning: Close the app completely (swipe it away in the app switcher) and start the scan again.
- The rooms are positioned wrong relative to each other: Scan the whole house in one go without closing the scanner — use “Save — and go to next room”.
- A wall/door was scanned incorrectly: Tap the room on the floor plan → Edit. Everything can be rewound.
- The house doesn't sync between devices: Check that both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account, and open the app — it syncs every time it opens.
- Subscription: Purchase, changes and cancellation happen in the App Store (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). See also the terms.
About your data
Everything lives in your own iCloud — see the privacy policy. We cannot see or restore your scans; so take a PDF export of houses you want to archive forever.
